Decorate Stage-Style
You know there’s a lot involved in preparing a house for sale – much more than the basics of cleaning, un-cluttering, and depersonalizing. And when it comes to making the house attractive to buyers, you know you have to ‘decorate’ it. But the way you do that for a house on the market is very different from a house your clients are living in. Exactly HOW do you decorate a home for sale?
This hands-on class teaches you just that! Part classroom, part science lab… you’ll learn how specific decorating techniques can be used to stage effectively. We’ll explore architecture, color and room by room decorating tricks that work time and time again. You’ll even learn about when ‘enough is enough’ and the appropriate method of staging for each price point. You’ll learn how to stage with style right down to the smallest detail – it’s all here!
